Sailor to be Tried for Attempted Murder of Fellow Sailor
NORFOLK, Va. A sailor being treated for mental health issues and accused of stabbing another sailor at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center in 2014 will now be tried for attempted murder in military court, the Navy announced on Sep. 28, 2015.
