Melissa Linebaugh graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore in 2008. While in law school, Attorney Linebaugh was an Honors Contract Law Scholar and a published member of the Law Review. Attorney Linebaugh clerked for the Honorable John Phillip Miller of the Baltimore City Circuit Court after law school.
After clerking, Attorney Linebaugh practiced Social Security Disability law, successfully representing clients in hearings throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. She then went into private practice, where she specialized in serving low-income clients in domestic matters such as custody, divorce, criminal law, and estate planning.
