Mr. Younts was recognized by the Air Force as the top litigator in his region and was subsequently chosen to be the Senior Defense Counsel at Randolph Air Base in Texas where he continued to represent service members in serious courts-martial cases and supervised and mentored Air Force trial defense attorneys at multiple Air Force bases throughout Texas. As a Senior Defense Counsel, Mr. Younts consistently secured acquittals for military members charged with murder, sexual assault, child pornography and drug crimes.
