Florencio J. Moreno was born in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Moreno received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University and has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Pan American, which he obtained in 2014. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree, Mr. Moreno commissioned as an Officer in the United States Air Force and has over 1,300 flight hours in the B-52 Bomber as a Navigator.
